Family Support

This support is offered by the Mental Health Recovery team at Hillingdon Mind; they offer practical and emotional support and can assist you in supporting both you and the person you are caring for. Some of the things they can do for are:

  • Provide support in accessing mental health services
  • Help you to access services in the community
  • Offer you support through a weekly peer support group – Coffee and Chat (on-line)
  • Provide you psychoeducation information about mental health conditions and workshops where topics are covered in more detail.
  • Support your physical and mental well-being support through the services that Hillingdon Mind offers.

How do I access the service?

What happens when I refer online?

The self-referral form has been designed to be easy to understand and gather all the information we need to arrange your first appointment.

Once complete, your referral will be live on our client record system and means we’ll be able to provide you with a response and the help you need sooner.

Once you have completed the referral, a member of the Hillingdon Mind team will contact you.
